5.5 Vendor Performance: We regularly monitor vendor performance and may take action against vendors who do not meet our standards.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 IYCART's Intellectual Property: All content on IYCART, including but not limited to text, images, and graphics, is the property of IYCART or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on IYCART without IYCART's prior written consent.

6.2 User Content: You may be able to submit content to IYCART, such as product reviews and ratings. You grant IYCART a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in any medium.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

IYCART MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM OR THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE PLATFORM. IYCART EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IYCART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

10. Shipment and Order Processing

10.1 Order Processing; We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
